Message from TIRC
Investor Relations (IR) activities are very important to both listed companies and investors. IR is also one of the good governance activities that The Stock Exchange of Thailand encourages listed companies to undertake. The Thai Investor Relations Club (TIRC) helps listed companies’ IR personnel to better understand their roles, obligations and the most efficient methods of communicating information to investors. This should have the result of attracting more investors to the company's stock.
The TIRC's operations will help boost both domestic and foreign confidence. Throughout 2005, members of the TIRC have been involved with many activities which have included training courses and seminars to help improve the quality of the IR officers in Thailand.
